HOW TO ORDER

This type of artwork can take anywhere from 10-40+ hours to complete and is a tedious craft.

The piece will be completed in a charcoal/graphite combo on Artist quality Bristol board. The image will be sealed with a protective UV coat and delicately packaged for delivery. Shipping is upon buyer's expense. Local pickup is available in the Vancouver area and specific pickup can be discussed in the Cranbrook/Kootenay area.

There is a 50% non refundable deposit required to hold your spot before I begin the drawing.
The remainder of the payment may be paid when the piece is completed.
Adjustments to the initial quote may be taken into consideration.

You must provide me with a clear, detailed, high resolution image to replicate as well as multiple reference images.
Low resolution images will not be accepted due to the level of detail required for the artwork.
These images can be sent via email and will be reviewed prior. I can provide advice in selecting the perfect image for your replication.

Progress photos are likely to be promoted online through my social media platforms.
I retain the right to withhold a digital copy of the final image to reproduce at my disposal.
The final work will also be added to my online portfolio via social media and direct website.

The demand for this type of work is popular. If you are interested I will add your name to the wait list. You will be contacted when I am ready to begin your piece.

Turnaround time is not guaranteed and I do not promise artwork before Christmas or special dates. The drawing can take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months to produce. 

The deposit and images are required at this time. If you decide against the portrait, the next person in line will be contacted.
